Description
Application
Apply a small amount to fully closed scar tissue twice daily. Massage in with gentle pressure for 1–2 minutes.
Dr. Bildir’s expert tips
Pharmaceutical massage technique
Massage significantly enhances the effectiveness of scar care. It boosts microcirculation and supports suppleness and elasticity in the scar area. Combine circular motions with gentle longitudinal and transverse strokes along the scar.
Duration for optimal results
For visible improvements, continue use for at least 3 months on fresh scars and 6 months on older scars. Patience and consistency are key.
UV protection
Scar tissue is particularly UV-sensitive. During the day, use additional sun protection of at least SPF 30 to help prevent pigmentation changes.
Key Actives
Cica Exosome Technology (Centella asiatica)
Centella Asiatica Vesicles
A pharmaceutically inspired approach for high formulation efficiency: exosomes deliver calming actives (madecassoside, asiaticoside) like a smart carrier system into scar tissue and support a more even-looking skin texture.

Additional Actives
Soothing & Care Complex
Allantoin, Aloe Vera, Betula Alba Bark Extract
Allantoin helps smooth the skin and supports a comfortable feel. Aloe vera hydrates and calms irritation. Birch bark extract supports tissue regeneration.
Barrier Lipids
Linoleic Acid, Linolenic Acid, Tocopherol, Tocopheryl Linoleate/Oleate, Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil, Canola Oil, Hydrogenated Lecithin
Essential fatty acids (omega-6 and omega-3) from sunflower and rapeseed oils for an intact, flexible skin barrier. Vitamin E and its derivatives protect delicate tissue as antioxidants. Hydrogenated lecithin supports lipid structure.
Formulation Base
Protective film & elegant texture
Aqua, Dimethicone, Dimethiconol, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Tapioca Starch
A water base with high-quality silicones forms a breathable, water-repellent protective film. Tapioca starch refines the silky texture. Shields against external stressors and creates an ideal microclimate.
Stability & Emulsion
Glyceryl Stearate, Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate, Sclerotium Gum, Xanthan Gum
Skin-friendly emulsifiers and bio-based thickeners (sclerotium gum, xanthan gum) unite aqueous and lipid phases into a stable, homogeneous cream with a velvety feel.
Moisture & pH balance
Glycerin, Glyceryl Glucoside, Pentylene Glycol, Citric Acid
Intense moisturizers: glycerin and glyceryl glucoside bind water and support hydration. Pentylene glycol helps maintain moisture. Citric acid sets a skin-friendly, optimal pH.
