The idea for “Dr. BILDIR” did not arise in a lab. It grew from real conversations at the pharmacy counter. There I witnessed people’s needs and frustrations first-hand. I saw a gap between what pharmaceutical science can achieve and what many products deliver for demanding skin.
That insight became my drive. To create real change, I had to be where innovative formulations are born: pharmaceutical development. For over a decade I honed my skills there; from designing scientific studies to leading clinical supply manufacturing.
