Shipping for online customers

Orders are generally not processed on weekends or public holidays. If a delivery is exceptionally delayed, we will inform you as early as possible.

Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee

As a consumer, you may register a return within 30 days of receiving the goods – for all physical consumer products, including products that have been opened and reasonably tried.

E-mail your order number to info@drbildirmedical.com. We will send return instructions and a prepaid DHL return label. After receiving the return, we generally refund the purchase price of the returned products using the same payment method.

Statutory withdrawal

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods

Please e-mail info@drbildirmedical.com. Photos of the parcel, shipping label and affected product help us assess the matter quickly. Delayed notification does not restrict statutory rights.

Approved partners are subject to the delivery, payment and return terms displayed in their account or agreed individually. Entrepreneurs do not have a statutory consumer right of withdrawal; statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.
