- Delivery time: usually 1–4 working days after payment confirmation
- Shipping costs: 5.95 euros – from an order value of 89.00 euros SHIPPING FREE OF CHARGE
The exact shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart and at checkout.
There is no delivery on weekends and public holidays; during peak periods (e.g. Christmas), delivery may take longer.
Returns
You can return products within 14 days under your right of withdrawal.
Please briefly register your return with our customer service and we will send you a DHL return label.
Defective or incorrect goods
If your parcel is damaged or items are missing, please contact us immediately and, if possible, send photos of:
- the outer box and shipping label
- the damaged or missing products
This helps us process your claim quickly and arrange a replacement or refund.
