Right of Withdrawal Instructions
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
For delivery of multiple goods in one order: On the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
Note: We are planning to additionally offer an online declaration of withdrawal directly in the shop in the future. Until then, you can declare your withdrawal by e-mail or post (see Right of Withdrawal instructions).
COMPLIANCE WITH THE WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
RETURN OF GOODS
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

COSTS OF RETURN
We bear the costs of returning the goods.
Please register your return in advance by e-mail (info@drbildirmedical.com) or telephone (+49-621-8455-308). We will then immediately send you a prepaid DHL return label, so that the return is free of charge for you.
If you return the goods at your own expense without prior registration, we will refund you the proven shipping costs up to 5.95 euros.
COMPENSATION FOR VALUE
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Note: We generally waive claims for compensation for value if the goods were only used for testing to the extent that would be usual in a shop. You may unpack the goods and test them to the extent necessary to check their quality, characteristics and functioning.
EXCLUSION OR EXPIRY OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not exist or expires for the following contracts:
- Sealed goods (cosmetics and hygiene articles):
The right of withdrawal expires for sealed goods (e.g. creams, serums, face masks, body care products) that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB). - Sealed food supplements:
The right of withdrawal expires for sealed food supplements that are not suitable for return for health protection reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB).
Note: Even for opened or used products, we examine a return accommodatingly on a case-by-case basis, especially in case of intolerances or defective goods. Please contact us in such cases by e-mail or telephone.
TRANSPORT RISK FOR RETURN
The transport risk for the return lies with us. Should your return be lost or damaged during transport, we bear the risk, provided you can prove the shipment to us (e.g. by shipment tracking or proof of posting).
We recommend sending returns with shipment tracking and keeping the receipt.

Alternatively, you can also declare your withdrawal informally by e-mail or letter. It is sufficient if you clearly inform us that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

WARRANTY RIGHTS
